We want to make you aware that Microsoft experienced a widespread email service outage yesterday, which impacted email delivery for many organizations, including Span Alaska. This issue has been resolved, and email traffic is flowing normally.
However, during the outage some emails sent to or from Span Alaska may have been delayed or not delivered during that time.
If you sent an email to Span Alaska yesterday and have not received a response by this afternoon, please follow up or reach out to Customer Care team directly so we can assist you promptly.
