Dear Span Alaska Customer:
Yesterday, Span Alaska experienced a systems interruption as we proactively shut down parts of our IT systems to isolate a network issue.
Today, all of our IT systems – including email and phone – have been thoroughly inspected and are working normally.
To note:
• Our facilities continue to be 100 percent operational with no impact to customer deliveries
• Certain shipment data and tracking status may be delayed for a short time
• Some invoices may be delayed by 24 hours as information is entered into our billing system from yesterday
We continue to monitor all our systems closely and do not anticipate any further interruption. We will inform you promptly if there are any updates.
